Michael's coaching services are intended to inspire you to instill lifelong healthy eating habits that begin in the kitchen. He will inform you how to navigate the grocery store. He will inform you on how to identify and read nutrition labels, and he will give his opinion on any concerns you may have regarding your health.

In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling or medical advice, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional to provide you with that service

Coaching results are not guaranteed. You enter into this health coaching with the understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. As the coach, my responsibility is to help inspire you in your effort to achieve your health-related goals and desired results.

Michael’s coaching services are strictly confidential. All personal information will be protected and not shared. If at any time the client wants Michael to discard their personal information, Michael will do so appropriately.
